Learner Referral Program Terms

This Referral Fee Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the signing in day (the “Effective Date”) by and between GSourcers (Pty) Ltd (“GSourcers”), having its registered address and principal place of business at 28 Blairgowrie Drive, Johannesburg, and Referral Partner (“Partner” and Partner each, individually, a „Party“ and, collectively, the „Parties“).

Terms and Conditions

Background:
Partner is an independent [“company” or “professional”] unaffiliated with GSourcers but knows GSourcers’ range of products and services (together the “GSourcers Products”). Partner may, in conducting its own business, know of customers, or come into contract with potential customers, who may have a need for, or an interest in, products and services such as the GSourcers Products. In such occasions, Partners may be interested in informing such existing or potential customers of the GSourcers Products and present them to such companies or people.

GSourcers wishes to enable Partner to do that in accordance with the terms and conditions of this referral fee policy (this “Agreement”) and, while not assigning Partner with any sales and distribution obligations, offer Partner a referral fee should Partner’s activities lead to sales revenues for GSourcers.

By using or participating in the Student Referral, the ‘referrer’ is bound by these terms and conditions and indicates their agreement to them. By participating, the referrer agrees that all of GSourcers’ decisions are final and binding.

Who can be referred:  Anyone who meets the entry requirements of a program that GSourcers directly teaches can be referred.

GSourcers will permit an unlimited number of referrals.

Payment Conditions

The new student must comply with the following conditions:

• Registration must include the full name, email address, WhatsApp number and student Referral Code of their referrer.
• Successfully complete initial admissions assessment.
• Enroll onto chosen program of study.
• Have paid their fees

The referrer will only receive payment for each new student referred, provided:

• The referrer  must ensure that the new student includes the referrer’s full name and student Referral Code (if applicable) so GSourcers can identify where the referral originated from.
• The referred  student has successfully enrolled onto their program.
• The  referred  student provides their referrer’s full name and student Referral Code (if applicable) at the time of application.
• GSourcers receives the first instalment of the referred student’s tuition fees.

In witness whereof, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date when partner registers an account on the gsourcers.com website.

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.gsourcers.com by a referred learner who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link or entering your referral code during their signup. 

You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Learner; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Learner are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. There’s no minimum purchase required for Qualified Referral.

Referred Learner. 

The Referred Learner and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). For additional clarity, the learner receiving the lesson booking under the Referred Learners account, cannot be the same person who was receiving the lesson booking under the Referrer’s account. 

The learner has to be a new learner who has never made a booking  on GSourcers. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. 

If someone you referred made their first purchase using your GSourcers referral link and you didn’t receive your reward, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Please contact us by email at support@gsourcers.com, and we’ll investigate this for you.

Referral Rewards 

For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Learner must purchase a course or a tutorial class. If the Learner initiates a refund, a payment dispute or the payment is believed to be fraudulent, GSourcers will remove any reward credits applied to the Referred Learner’s and the Referring Learner’s GSourcers accounts. If reward credits have already been paid out, we will seek reimbursement for any expense incurred by GSourcers.

As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility

Eligibility is both for individuals and businesses.

Expiry date

Referral rewards are valid for 36 months from the time of issue. You must cash out your reward balance to a PayPal account within this time period, otherwise the referral rewards will expire.

No Spam

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from GSourcers’ Referral Program.

Referring New Students
Making a student referral is easy, simply follow the below steps.

1. Let your friends, colleagues or family know about us and our courses.
2. A potential student then purchases a course using your Referral Code, after creating an account online.
3. Once we receive their course payment, the referral process is completed successfully.
4. You will receive your referral fee for every referral (subject to our terms and conditions available below)

Right to Close Accounts

GSourcers reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Learner and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Learner attempts to use the GSourcers Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

GSourcers reserves the right to cancel our Refer A Friend or Family Reward Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
