-Africa (Francophone, Portuguese, Spanish and Anglophone markets),

-North and South America.

I have the passion to always bring a strategic change by helping move my company from a reactive to proactive model, while also lead, develop and coach teams of sourcers and researchers to provide them with opportunities to grow their careers.

I love working with companies that put efforts into how their business is perceived outside and internally - those who invest in ensuring positive candidate and employee experience.

I believe in talent identification as opposed to talent attraction. Attracting talent is like calling all the fish in the ocean towards us when we are just looking for a specific type of fish. Talent identification, on the other hand helps you locate desired people, brave Inventors with disruptive thinking, collaborative spirit and diverse perspective to the company they join.
