- Do you offer face-to-face classes?We do not offer our own on-campus or face-to-face courses. - Can I control my message notifications?Yes, you can access your personal settings within the messaging system to choose whether you want to receive email notifications or other types of alerts for new messages or announcements.
- Are my private messages secure?The GSourcers Messaging system is designed to handle messaging entirely on the front end of the website. Messages are stored securely within the website’s database.
- Can I manage or organize my messages?Yes, your messages are stored in a message box, similar to an inbox. You can perform bulk actions on messages and filter them by status (e.g., read, unread, sent).
- Can I block another user from messaging me?Yes, the system allows you to block other users. If you block a user, they will not be able to send you private messages.
- How will I know when I have a new message?You will receive a notification when you get a new message. This may be a desktop notification, a sound, and/or an email notification, depending on your personal settings.
