Founded in 2007 as CVCanal Consulting, the company rebranded as GSourcers (Pty) Ltd (2016/133405/07) in 2016, and has maintained its operating office in South Africa.
The company is registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the registrar of companies in the Republic of South Africa.

We understand that making personal data available is essential if you want to get the most out of the services GSourcers has to offer. Nevertheless, it’s entirely up to you whether you’d like to focus on maximising your presence or keeping the amount of information you disclose to a minimum.
INFORMATION YOU’D LIKE TO SHOW PROFILE VISITORS?
When you create a profile on GSourcers, we require a few details from you, such as your name, job title and other basic information. This information then forms the basis of your professional network and is always visible to other users.
You then have the option of adding other information to present yourself as clearly and professionally as possible on GSourcers. You get to choose what you share with your network, and what profile visitors will see first:
Present your CV and skills first if you think they’re most important. Alternatively you can showcase some of your previous work and achievements by displaying your portfolio first.
NON-MEMBERS CANNOT VIEW YOUR PROFILE
GSourcers is primarily a private platform for registered members only. That said, visitors who are not (yet) members cannot search for people and information on GSourcers.
We are working hard to your settings let you decide whether you want non-members to be able to find your public profile, in turn increasing your chances of being contacted by potential opportunities outside of GSourcers.
WHO CAN SEND YOU MESSAGES?
Networking is all about communication, and a key part of this involves exchanging messages with other members. Your profile settings let you decide the extent to which you can be reached, and who you want to be able to contact you.
If you’re open to receiving new contact requests and job enquiries, you should think twice before restricting this option on GSourcers. Nevertheless, you can use your settings to focus on correspondence with your trusted contacts if your prefer.

ENHANCED SECURITY FOR YOUR LOGIN.
Two-factor authentication is an extra security layer on top of your password you can use when logging in to GSourcers. Each time you log in with your password, you’ll then receive a one-off access code via SMS or by using an authentication app (e.g. Google Authenticator). Activate two-factor authentication.
ONGOING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS.
Our IT Security team reviews our software on an ongoing basis and advises the company on all security-related matters. We also have reputable external experts perform regular audits. These in-depth inspections include all of our products, applications and internal systems.

You may delete your account and all your information forever from this website. When this happens, please note the following:
- Because of the protetion of personal information regulations (POPI, GDPR, etc), You won’t be able to reactivate your account, but will need to register a new account from scratch.
- Your messages, profile, photos, posts, videos and everything else you’ve added will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything you’ve added.
- You’ll no longer be able to use GSourcers Messenger.
- You won’t be able to use GSourcers Website and App Login, such as GSourcers mobile app.
- Some information, such as messages you sent to contacts, may no longer be visible to them after you’ve deleted your account. Copies of messages that you’ve sent are stored in your friends’ inboxes.
- GSourcers will delete all your information on our server only. This includes your purchases and your service information. You will lose any existing stored credits.
- Pages that only you control will also be deleted. If you don’t want your Page to be deleted, unless you give someone else full control of your Page. You’ll then be able to delete your account without deleting the Page.
On GSourcers, no topic is off limits. You can contribute interesting articles, provide or ask for professional and personal advice, offer support, or something else. For more specifics on what not to publish (which is a much smaller list!), check our guidelines.
