Where do I track learners’ progress and data analytics reports?

Instructors can track learner progress and access data analytics reports from their User Dashboard.

 

Tracking Student Progress

For detailed progress tracking, instructors need to navigate to Instructor’s Dashboard > Left or top right menu > Students. Here, you can find a comprehensive list of all students and their data, including courses enrolled in, completed lessons and quizzes, and scores. You can also access a detailed report for each student, and even reset their results if needed. Additionally, within the Courses menu, you can click on Manage Students for a specific course to monitor the progress of students enrolled in that particular course.

 

Reports and Analytics

To access a more comprehensive overview of data, the Reports and Analytics feature is available (often as a premium add-on). This feature, found in your admin dashboard, provides detailed insights through different tabs:

  • Revenue: Tracks course earnings, payouts, and sales trends.
  • Engagement: Monitors student involvement, including new enrollments, course completion rates, and which lessons are most popular.
  • Users: Provides a list of students and instructors, including details like their enrollment dates and which courses they prefer.
  • Reviews: Aggregates all student feedback, allowing you to see what students think of your courses.
