How will you bill me?

We will apply a pro-rated credit for your existing subscription to the purchase of the new plan.

We offer once off purchase of courses.

We also offer monthly and annual billing for some other membership services. Depending on the option you choose, your subscription will be renewed at the end of each month or at the end of each year. If you choose to pay annually, you could save up to 33% compared to paying monthly.

We offer Messaging credits for those who want to have premium access to our large growing community for business purposes.

Messaging credits expire after 30 days.

If you cancel your upgraded account, any unused credits will be valid only until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you cancel your account, any unused credits you have will be cancelled as well at the end of your current billing cycle. 

Plan Management & Cancellations

  • Flexibility: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings page.

  • Access: After canceling, you retain Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Basic (free) version.

  • Important Note: Ensure you use all remaining GSourcers credits before the cancellation takes effect.

Refunds & Billing

  • General Policy: Subscription payments and fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Course Guarantee: Individual course purchases have a 30-day refund guarantee, provided the request is made within that window.

  • Exceptions: You may request an account review through Customer Support if you believe your situation warrants a refund exception or if you require immediate (rather than scheduled) cancellation.

Expensing

  • Receipts: After purchase, a receipt is emailed to you, which can be used to file expense reports for professional reimbursement.

GSourcers does not offer refunds except in certain situations and jurisdictions, as noted in our refund policy. Review our refund policy and submit your account for review if you believe your situation warrants an exception. Request account review

We allow learners a 30-day refund guarantee on the purchase of individual GSourcers Learning courses. However, the courses become non-refundable after the one-month period. Courses will generally remain available for as long as you keep your GSourcers account, unless otherwise specified during checkout. On rare occasions we may need to remove certain courses for legal or other reasons. We reserve the right to update courses without offering a refund or exchange.

Yes,  you own the content and information you submit or post to the platform. You grant GSourcers a non-exclusive license to use, copy, and distribute this content, but you retain ownership. This means you can also make your content available to others.

It is important to note, however, that while you own the content, GSourcers has the right to use it within the scope of their services. They can also serve ads near your content without paying you for it.
